Getting a bad rep. by recreational use of a particular type of Salvia...  Salvia is the largest genus of plants in the mint family, Lamiaceae, with nearly 1000 species of shrubs, herbaceous perennials, and annuals. Salvia flowers are a beautiful sight, no matter the type. (some of mine are fading from the heat right now though)
