Bluebells
Spanish Bluebells are not to be confused with Virginia Bluebells. They are in a completely different family.
They bloom early Spring, then go dormant once it starts to get hot. They'll sleep until the following Spring.
Mid-May and mine have already started to go back to dormancy. Here's what they looked like in bloom:
