Veggies
Helpful Growing Tip:
If a veggie is fine in a cool morning, but wilted by hot afternoon... Leave it. It's trying to get out of the sun. If you water it, it'll perk up, but then get sunburned.
Most vegetables are annual plants in our climate. They hurry and make their fruits or seeds so the seeds are ready to grow new plants the following year. Many would be perennials in other climates. Few are treated as perennials here in our climate (on the border of zones 7 & 8).
